As of this writing this painting is hanging in JP Licks in Jamaica Plain. Just thought I'd mention that, since it's kind of a central place in that great little neighborhood. Anyway, this painting is a great example of how I'm using words as design elements in a big way. While the words are legible, the plain fact is they're really there to serve as membranes or cells that contain the colors showing through from the ground.
